Terms & Conditions

VC Online Platform

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access and use of VC Online, owned and operated by Vipul Chudasama (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing, accessing, or using VC Online, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

  • Users must be 18 years or older.
  • If under 18, parental/guardian consent is mandatory.
  • Access is restricted to hair and beauty professionals, students, and registered learners.

2. Account & Access

  • Each subscription is for a single individual only.
  • Account sharing, password sharing, or multiple logins from different IPs is strictly prohibited.
  • You may use a maximum of 2 devices per course during the 60-day access period.
  • In case of a genuine device change (e.g., new phone/laptop), the user may request a one-time reset by emailing VC Online support with valid proof. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its sole discretion.
  • Any attempt to exceed device limits or bypass access restrictions will lead to immediate suspension or termination without refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

  • Subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly) provide access as per package details.
  • All fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to revise policies, fees, or features at its sole discretion.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Auto-renewal is enabled; users are responsible for cancelling before renewal.
  • Taxes (GST or other applicable taxes) are extra and mandatory.
  • Any failed or fraudulent payments will result in immediate suspension of access.

4. Intellectual Property & Rights

  • All content (videos, PDFs, diagrams, step-by-step guides, branding, logos) is exclusive IP of VC Online.
  • No downloading, recording, redistributing, or reproducing of any content is allowed.
  • Any violation will lead to legal action, monetary penalty, and permanent ban from the platform.
  • All Rights Reserved: No part of VC Online’s content or brand may be copied, modified, or used without written permission.

5. Usage Rules

  • Users must access content only via the official VC Online platform.
  • Resale, repackaging, or using VC Online content for personal classes, training, or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must not misuse the platform for spamming, hacking, or unauthorised promotions.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds on monthly or yearly plans once activated.

  • Users may cancel auto-renewal but will continue to have access till the end of the billing cycle.
  • In case of technical failure on our part, refunds/credits may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • VC Online provides education & training resources only; results depend on individual application.
  • The Company is not responsible for job placements, client results, or business success of learners.
  • The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or outcomes.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, updated devices, and necessary tools to access the platform.

8. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate access without notice for breach of terms, misuse, abusive behavior, or non-payment.

  • Terminated users lose all rights to access content, with no refund.

9. Brand & Partner Collaborations

  • Co-branded courses, partner logos, or product integrations are for educational purposes only.
  • No commercial relationship is implied unless separately contracted.
  • Users cannot misuse or falsely claim affiliation with VC, its partners, or mentors.

10. Privacy & Data

  • User data (email, phone, payment info) will be used strictly for platform communication, updates, and support.
  • We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorised third parties.
  • The Company may use anonymised user activity for research, reporting, and platform improvement.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
  • The Company reserves the right to claim damages, penalties, and legal fees in case of violations.

12. Amendments

  • VC Online may revise these T&C, fees, or policies at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
